When will my order ship?
Orders will typically ship within 3 days of purchase. Please be mindful of delays due to weather or holidays. Once your order is processed you will be notified by email with a tracking number

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be generated once a shipping label is created. Please allow up to 5 days for processing prior to the tracking number created and sent to you via email.

How do I cancel or add to my order?
Within the 2-3 day processing window, you can request to cancel or modify your order by emailing the specific details to your inquiry to with the subject line: “CANCEL (ORDER NUMBER) or MODIFY” (ORDER NUMBER). We will respond within 48 hours with the next steps.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the item(s). If you would like to return an item please email the specific details to with the subject line “RETURN(ORDER NUMBER)” or “EXCHANGE (ORDER NUMBER)”. We will respond within 48 hours with the next steps.
